vezo is used for audio/video connectivity between a health care provider and a patient. In order for this to happen, health care professional must create a Session ID via secure doctome platform. Patient will need the Session ID or meeting invite sent to them via email or text to enter into a video/audio session. This meeting invite or Session ID is sent to them by their health care provider. vezo app is completely free.
