I think there's a bug with the new update. If you're uploading an image, and you click description to write something, the image disappears and you have to start all over again to select image. Quite frustrating.
Misleading refund system.

Very negative experience. Buyer opened a dispute over minor signs of wear on a clearly pre-owned vintage leather jacket that was accurately described in the description. Also no additional photos or details were requested before purchase.To be fair and avoid unnecessary hassle, I was even willing to offer a €5 goodwill discount despite not believing the issue was my fault in the first place. During the dispute process, I accidentally entered the wrong refund amount because Vinted’s system is incredibly misleading. I genuinely thought that entering “75” in the box meant I would receive €75 from the €80 sale, leaving the buyer with a €5 discount not that I was refunding €75 to the buyer.The fact that Vinted allows someone to refund almost the entire value of an item without any warning, confirmation check, or fraud-prevention prompt is honestly ridiculous. The buyer was also able to instantly accept the disproportionate refund without hesitation.I contacted both the buyer and Vinted immediately after realizing the mistake and explained it was an obvious human error. Despite clearly understanding the situation, the buyer chose to keep the excessive refund rather than help resolve the issue fairly. Vinted then refused to help in any way. Sellers should be extremely careful during disputes and triple-check every refund amount before confirming anything.

Sellers can give buyers a bad review, just because the buyer does not like the item they sent. I understand having the opportunity to rate sellers - but just because a buyer gives the seller a lesser rating when the item they recieve isn’t how it was pictured, then the seller can tank the rating of a buyer? I recieve a faulty item and then get a bad review because i do not like the item? lolAlso when looking at items, the description does not say whether the item is men’s or women’s. You can only find out by clicking category->filter->category, only then it says men’s or women’s. Very annoying.

I love the app but… It is so annoying to shop right now because i always see polish text and have to always scroll down and click translate. It would make sense if i told the app one time what language i want to see. Hopefully they change that soon. Also it would be good to group items and to shop ONLY 100% natural fabrics and block everything else in the settings
