The Workday app provides secure, mobile access to your Workday applications on-the-go.
As an employee, our simple interface allows you to
• Review your pay, view or request time off, check in and out for work, submit your timesheet, and submit expenses quickly.
• Get push notifications alerts and reminders for time tracking, important updates, and approvals. Immediately take action right from the app.
• Browse your company directory, securely view coworker profiles, leave feedback, and take learning courses on-the-go.
As a manager, you can take action wherever you are
• Approve your employee requests easily.
• View your team or individual profiles and immediately take actions relevant to your role, such as perform a job change, make a compensation change, or provide performance feedback.
• Stay connected to your business by gaining quick insight into what's important through interactive reports and dashboards.
And if your mobile device is ever lost or stolen, you can be confident that your data is secure. With support for Touch ID and Face ID, only you can access your information.
Note: Your organization must authorize access to the Workday mobile app. You will only have access to mobile features your organization has enabled, based on your role (not all mobile features may be available to you).
Not all Workday features are available on mobile.

Some things are simpel but some way too complicated
I really like the way I can approve vacations but
* I don’t like how I have to act if I need to change the vacation time - that first I have to decline the old plans then my manager has to approve my declining for the vacation planned before and then I can make a new one. And he has to approve again. Does someone count how many minutes it waists and what does it cost in waisted worktime?
* I needed to change one FTE from 1 to 0,5 and this was a total mess. We studied together with the HR help pages and pages (couldn’t do it in the app)and then the workflow went to her table and back to me. Again the app gave me wrong hints and the only way was to go to the web and ask again HR help. So very easy change with million obtions - and how many of the users need them all?
* if I try to see my last salary payouts - looks like I haven’t got any for a long time. Happily thats not true.
* one of my team members found lately that she doesn’t see that much vacation as she knew she should have - HR found that 2 weeks were lost somewhere. How can I trust mine are right?
* even puting the nickname to send the long story does not let me through!
Good idea but looks like theres a long way to go to get it really eazy and working.
App doesnt work
App doesnt work, gives an error ^failed to load tentant^ after try to log in.
