I loved the app, the logics etc, but last month after the update I’ve been logged out and can’t get back since I’ve registered without Meta or Google accounts. So what does it mean? Do I loose all the bookmarks and history?! The support team doesn’t react. I’ve messaged them 5 times already.

I was a loyal seller and buyer for almost 4 years, I've made over 500 transactions through Yaga, gained a lot of followers, and two weeks ago ive got an email about my store being closed. I was so frustrated, and confused, because i didn't violate any rules. Ive tried to contact Yaga support for 4 times, and got no answer what I did wrong. I would suggest for anyone to use Vinted instead of this unfair app, I wasted so much time and money there, and what I got in exchange is blocked account for no reason. The user's support is so poor, in many cases for 4 years they was making very unfair choices, and closing my store was the last straw. I do not recommend this app.

The app didn’t send me the notification of sale, I had no idea something is sold and there were no notifications further. The app is not having English language, there is no indication I need to send anything (a month passed I just didn’t open the app!) and poor customer was left with his money stuck at their account. Smart. Better use other marketplaces
