Siri, in Zoro. Say "Add a task in Zoro", then the task in one sentence, project and due date included. Zoro reads it back before it adds anything. Ask "What's on Zoro today?", "What's next in Zoro?" or "What's left in Apartment Sale in Zoro?" and Siri reads your list. NEW - The quarter close. Settle last quarter's goals (cut, carry or cut loose), then name the next three. A notification before the quarter ends. Pick when in Settings › Notifications. - One Today order on every device: work in progress first, then priority, then oldest. - Swipe left on Today to abandon, with undo. The Next Cut button that pushes a task to tomorrow now says Tomorrow. - Snapshots keep thirty days, and the list shows three until you ask for all. - A one-time Siri tip on Today and in quick-add.

The bug form. FIXED - Report a bug opens a form in the app instead of handing off to your mail app, which, if your mail app is a browser, did nothing at all. NEW - Attach a screenshot to a bug report. Add your email if you want a reply. - The diagnostics that ride along are shown in the form before you send. Never your task names, notes, or event titles.

The finish. Close a project. When the work is done, close it instead of deleting it. Open tasks are cut loose or moved to another project, the finished ones stay in your stats, and the project waits in Library › Closed projects if you ever want it back. Free. Report a bug. Bottom of the drawer. It opens a mail to the person who builds this, prefilled with your app version and row counts. Never your task names or notes. Drag in every list. Reorder and move tasks between sections in a project's list view. The other sections show themselves while you drag so you can see where a task can land. Open on. Choose whether Zoro opens to Today, Personal or Business. Settings › Open on. One question at the end of the week. The weekly review now asks for next week's objectives once, not twice, and no longer flags projects you already know have gone quiet. A task linked to a goal now reads correctly in dark mode. Deleting a status in Settings no longer pushes the page off the screen. Changes made on the web app now reach your devices in full.

The day, connected. Your tasks, on your calendar. Connect Apple Calendar and Zoro keeps a calendar of its own — an all-day event for every dated task, a timed one for every reminder. Move or rename one there and the task follows. Zoro never reads or touches your other calendars. Reminders ring. A reminder made on one device now fires on your others without opening the app, it breaks through Focus, and it sounds like Zoro — the slash. Widgets keep themselves current. Changes from your other devices reach the widget in the background. Quick filters. Priority, size and due chips narrow the list, board or calendar you're already looking at. Free. Stats you can read. Tap any chart for the number; expand any chart for more weeks and every label. A task added from inside a project now lands in that project. Calendar sync is Zoro Pro. On your Mac, Pro also runs an MCP server so Claude can work your board.

One of each. Fixed: a project could show two Todo columns on the board, and two Todo sections in the list, with the same tasks under each. One column now, wherever you look. If two copies of a record ever get left behind, Settings › Snapshots can clear them. That row only appears when there's something to clear. Snapshots and the done-log digest now export one copy of each record.

The day, held. Calendar. See your month at a glance: every day a box, your tasks stacked inside, colored by age. Reminders. For the things that take no time. Type "call mom !9pm" and get a nudge at nine. Reminders stay out of your stats, so errands never touch your numbers. Subtasks now show up in your lists, tagged with the task they belong to. Tap the tag to jump to the parent. A weekly review nudge from Friday evening through Sunday. It goes away once you close the week. New navigation. One drawer holds your spaces, projects and library. Board and Calendar are view types now, so you see them wherever you already are. Calendar and Reminders are Zoro Pro. Due-date alerts stay free.

The insight drop. The calendar has been doing the work — 1.4.0 reads it back to you. NEW • Quarterly goals. One to three, no more. Cut each into pieces, link a project so new tasks in it join the goal, and carry unfinished goals into next quarter. • The quarter, measured. Days left, time spent against progress, and an honest pace note. • Weekly alignment. The Weekly Review now tells you how much of the week served your goals. • Season Review. A quarter on one quiet page. • Sizes, measured. Your S, M, and L against what they actually took — median working spans, from four weeks back to all time. 1.3.0 — your data has a story, and it's safe. • Task history. Every task keeps its story — a quiet ledger in the task detail: created, started, moved, deferred, cut. Each line names the column it landed in and when. Recording is on for everyone; the view is part of Zoro Pro. • Automatic snapshots. A copy of everything, taken daily and when you leave the app — thirty dailies kept, then one a week for twelve weeks. Restore brings back whatever's missing, and sync carries it to your other devices. Optional iCloud Drive mirror. Part of Zoro Pro. • Done-log digest. What you cut this week or month, grouped by project, ready to send — Markdown to your clipboard, the share sheet, or a typeset PDF. The standup replacement. Find it in the ••• menu. Part of Zoro Pro. • The board pans. Drag a card to the screen edge in ALL COLUMNS and the board moves with you — Todo to Done in one drag.

Widgets are here — four of them, part of Pro. A tally of your board, today's list, a command bar for quick capture, and a board glance with checkboxes that cut for real. Each widget can show Personal, Business, or All. The Board gains an all-columns view. Flip the toggle, hold a card to lift it, drop it where it goes — column and order in one move. Turn your iPhone sideways for the full spread. New tasks can date themselves. Choose Today, Tomorrow, or nothing in Settings; a typed ^date always wins. Defer now keeps its word: a pushed task leaves Today until its day comes, and → Today brings one back. Plus steadier rotation, sharper drag timing, and quieter chrome throughout.

Every screen knows its job. Today leads with one "Next cut" card. The board shows one column at a time — drag a card to the edge to move it. Backlog opens with search. Filter by several projects at once from the new header, on every tab. Quick-add learns multi-word project names — #"Home renovation" — and more dates: ^next fri, ^3d, ^+2w. Fix a typo'd shortcut in a task's title and it applies — edit ^friday to ^fri and the due date updates. A running timer now shows on every screen. Tap it to jump back.

Done means done. The Today board merges both spaces under "All" — same-named columns become one. Done shows this week's cuts; full history lives in Library › Completed. Task titles wrap instead of cutting off. A task marked done no longer fires its due-date reminder. Deleting a recurring task no longer resurrects it on another device. Today and sidebar counts now mean active work only.
