You’ll, ahem, “love all” the things Tennis TV serves up: it’s the official video streaming app of the ATP Tour, the only worldwide tennis tour for men. It features more than 2,500 live ATP matches every year, in addition to more than 35,000 hours of classic tennis match replays going back to 1990.

What we love: In an ideal world we’d be able to drop everything and see our favourite players’ matches live – but things like work, school and other commitments mean we often need to catch up later. That’s why we really love the app’s Spoiler Mode, which hides real-time score alerts and other potential spoilers.

Quick tip: The Tennis TV app supports AirPlay and Picture-in-Picture mode on iPhone. The former enables you to big-screen the video on your Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible smart TV, and the latter keeps your video playing while you use other apps, such as chatting about the game in Messages.

Meet the creator: ATP – short for the Association of Tennis Professionals – is the global governing body for men’s professional tennis and was founded in 1972. It launched the ATP Tour in 1990 as an evolution of the World Championship Tennis and Grand Prix tennis tournaments.
