The highlight is the Last Stand survival mode, where you’ll test your endurance against endless waves of enemies. Along the way, you can unlock new additions to your roster, including the Necron Chronomancer Thothmek, and experiment with different squad compositions to push further each run.

What we love: This event draws on some of Warhammer’s most recognisable elements while adding brilliant tactical twists. Holding map objectives grants crucial score bonuses and late-game survival requires defeating a challenging ethereal mirror image of your own squad. You’ll also take on Lion El’Jonson as a new boss encounter, explore matchups between Necrons and Dark Angels and progress through a special Epic Battle Pass featuring Cyrus.

A campaign event expands on the Necrons versus Dark Angels conflict, while the arrival of the Necron Canoptek Reanimator introduces a new Machine of War to unlock and deploy in battle.
