The app itself is good technically but the doctors reviews are not reliable since if you have a long treatment plan and you figure out that the Dr diagnosis was wrong and he gave misleading instructions, you can't change your initial positive review after 3 months.
Many specialities and issues require time to have a fair objective feedback of the doctor

Guys you are great with doctors and clinics, thank you, things are smooth and clear. On the other hand, pharmacy experience is just terrible, I tried placing 5 orders with you in a past year and received just one of it. There are areas that look like not covered and that’s ok by me, but why do you allow placing order from a place (Madinaty or Smart Village) while you know you won’t have anyone to deliver it. Also, the customer service for pharmacy is just impossible, I never get any answer or even an acknowledgment of my complains, once I got a call 13 (!) hours after i placed an order and never received it. Pharmacy experience makes me hate the app, I believe you should urgently fix it.

Very poor service on all fronts: my experience started with the information mentioned on the app pertaining the doctor schedule and protocol followed in terms of first in first served which was totally not correct, after arriving to the clinic early by 45 mins and I was the first one, I found out that the clinic is following a different protocol by following reservation numbers via their own call center and my reservation was considered as walk in and if booking via the app is not looked at!!. That is not all when I complained to the clinic, they informed that this the issue with such an app and it not their problem. Moreover Vezeeta customer service is very poor too; I complained and they did nothing about it.
