Loved the idea from day one

I’ve been using yodawy for over a year. It’s been great for me since I do like to take care of my errands via app instead of phone calls; however, lately there have been a few issues with timing, but I can’t say it’s a constant problem. I guess it depends more on the specific pharmacy delivering the order, which is why I think the list of pharmacies should have a designated delivery person for the app just to save the time.

I get my medication correct every time. I also used to go around to find all the needed medication prescribed by my physician from my insurance. I have to get all from one place is one medicine is missing then it will not be covered. Yodawy solved this problem for me I just order through them and they find the right pharmacy with all medication with out me leaving my home.
Only once I had a problem with one of their promotions and they called after more than one report to tell me that they had a glitch and that the offer has already ended.
But other than this one time my experience is great and if I had a problem they care to call and solve it for me.
Thank you for a job well done and please keep it up. I told all my friend about you.

Terrible service

The orders are always late and never arrive complete. They even sent the orders completely wrong a couple of times. The pharmacy always calls and says that what I ordered is not available although on the app it says in stock. The voucher that you receive after 3 orders is a total scam; they dispatch the order only from ezaby and the pharmacy contacts you and says that what you ordered is not available and then cancels the order. Customer service is bad and they say that any voucher the order has to be dispatched from ezaby for the voucher to be applied, although the first order ever had a voucher and was dispatched from roshdy pharmacy. The one time they sent me the order using my voucher that I earned after 3 orders they said not all items are available at ezaby and they sent it incomplete and after it arrived the receipt for the item was from another pharmacy and not ezaby, so there is no truth or accuracy to what they say.

Deleting the app and will never recommend it to anyone I know.
