They have the strongest customers service i’ve ever seen , i like the quality of there goodies, i’m sure this wouldn’t be the last time i will order from them , keep going👏🏼

Worst site and worst costumer service

Worst online shopping site and worst costumer service. I re turned an item 3 monthes ago and no refund till now.
I received a damaged item and i replaced a return request 4 monthes and they picked it after a month. I called costumer service many time and every time they start all the steps from the beginning and ask me to wait 3 weeks for refund and they nwver refunded my money and I sent several complaints via mail and no response. Never use this site you will lose your money if you wanted to return an order. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service and unclear return policy

Those guys used to be better, but suddenly everything changed. Shorter return period, more restrictions on return items, making random items across the website no returnable even if it’s ordinary garments and not underwear or swimming suits, you suffer to return damaged items with zillion emails going back and forth with customer service, it’s just becoming terrible. I will uninstall
