So Many Bugs and Glitches
I’ve experience exactly the same problem as the other reviewer, am not able to delete items from my shopping basket after trying so many times. Had to delete the app and reinstall it to start fresh. Also for the longest time couldn’t see/access the shopping categories from the app’s home page or anywhere else on the app for that matter. My workaround was to search for the category through my internet browser and link from there where it would open the right page of the app. They finally fixed it just recently. Terrible user experience!
The only reason I’m still using the app is because there’s so little choice for online shopping in Egypt. Hopefully when that changes HM will have to either up their game or lose customers. And developer, pls don’t ask me to send you a video of this current bug, I wasted enough time on this site already, don’t make me do more work for you.

Favourites list has gone!
Unfortunately, there is an issue that related to my favourites’ list in the app. When I click on favourites’ list it shows up for seconds then it disappears. I try to delete the app and I installed it again but the issue still there.

Unreliable for online shopping
After waiting for my order for nearly a week and getting notification that it is received by courier and ready for delivery, i still never receive it. So i contact courier and they tell me they are waiting for a package from H&M. I contact H&M and they tell me oops this order has been cancelled as there was an “internal” system error and we had to cancel a bunch of orders WITHOUT EVER NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMERS! Needless to say the items I desperately needed before going on holiday were out of stock by then and I am left with no time to shop before the holidays + traveling without basic items I was in need of
