Great app but

A lot better than the previous update and one of the best customer service but the main issue we use food delivery app to avoid poor network and awkward phone calls so orders simply shouldn’t be verified by a voice call as the only way to confirm the process!
Another thing during following the food preparation annoying lost connection error continue to occur leading me to keep shifting between the home and order history pages

Application error in calculating Tax

First of all the app is good but I notice that the tax amount not the same before and after confirming the order
But the rest is ok

Not dependable

Actually the application is not dependable at all , i have tried to order from it so many times with no success, the order being cancelled immediately , with the reason they couldn’t contact me to verify my order,
I don’t even know my order needs to be verified , other apps just confirm with me once registered, and then everything goes smooth.
I have deleted this useless app, but I thought I should share my experience with other users
