Bugs
There is a bug that always keep telling me that I have to update the services list while trying to pay for a recharge and I called the customer service and send them an email with a screenshot but they didn’t respond on the mail and on the phone they keep telling me that it will be solved soon and we are now getting into a week and nothing happened... I regret downloading such an application and I am so disappointed of this service as it was my first time to use it and thank god that I didn’t put much money into the account as my account credit is stuck now and I couldn’t do any purchases.
Worst service ever
My account was blocked without any reason. When I called customer service, they informed me that my account will never be opened again, and also all credit in the account will not be refunded. I am extremely upset and angry from this company, and advice not to use this application under any circumstances. I will never use the service of this untrusted company
