In the beginning I couldn’t apply to reach the last step but after that i call the center help and they give me the instructions and it’s done. Really it’s an amazing app i follow the steps and i get the largest limit 100k because i follow the steps in a right way.

Okay guys, so i just had one of the best experiences when it comes to installment apps in Egypt .
I spoke with Shrouq from Hyper One merchant in Zayed city , the whole experience was amazing and it took me less than 10 minutes.

Poor experience, after lengthily application process, my request was rejected for no reason, I called them…. I got the most stupid answer that the agent knows”we don’t know the reason, you can apply again after 6 months”!! After I insisted to sbmit a complaint to get some clarity the agent agreed to submit it and I’m expecting a call in 24 hrs… I don’t think anyone will call.
