What the hell is wrong with this app its supposed to be helping and making lives easier but its totally the opposite. Not to mention that this bank is a scam and a fraud it always takes money from any transaction that comes to me its really unacceptable!!!!! You can never find someone from the customer service nor the bot that's supposed to help is actually not working and helpless

e& and Mashreq Neo bad collaboration

A month ago I applied for the bank account through e& Etisalat and 4 days after I received the debit card the account had a flag which I couldn’t withdraw using ATMs or send or receive money online I made a complaint more than 20 days ago and nothing happened till now I don’t recommend it to anyone
