App crashes when i just open my financial dues, app is updated and tried it on different phones.
Poorest customer support !
I have been facing an issue for a month and half now and no single ownership from cs management team to solve my complaint despite my multiple escalations ! I am paying for an installment that was never bought because of a failure transaction and no one is solving my issue to refund my money !!!
My next step is to escalate to CPA or national central bank !!!
