Due date
If I purchased at day 20 in the month.. the first settlement would be at the first day from the next mouth this is very frustrated and unfair comparing with the applied rate .. you should calculate it a month from the purchase date are you forcing the clients.
Plus I feel that the applications is not a friendly user don’t like it really
But at all the service itself is fine .. however you should pay attention for the other applications ;)

Bad on high level
After being initially accepted for the 90% process to go to any branch to get the total verification set for me, the representative told me that I’m not eligible because I don’t have anything that would insure that I’ll be paying even when attempting the to let her know that I’m freelancing most of the times but the base will totally cover it because it is a satisfying salary that will cover it and more.
In addition to that I mentioned I can get her an HR letter and she still rejected the application and told me I can try after 3 months and no one mentioned that I have to be insured even medically to get through the process, the only requested documents was the National ID to be present with me in the branch.
Bad experience if it was clear from the beginning I would’ve respected you more.

Application is now working the day hole 5 days
Valu is giving the client 5 first days in each month to pay over the application
This time, during complete 5 days, valu application is down we cannot pays using credit cards nor jumia option on the application and they offer only to pay in cash although it is client’s right to choose his appropriate method , not to in purpose push all clients to pay in cash. As for myself i have three credit cards from different banks and variable between Visa and master card and yet over the 5 days their application is not accepting payment other than cash
