Worst experience ever

I used to pay my traffic license through Fawry since 2017 but now it’s not good as before. It’s supposed to fasten the process of traffic license renewal but unfortunately it made it longer, instead of one day if I paid in the traffic department I was delayed for a week and had to go there for 3 times to get my license. Also employees are reluctant and not caring enough as before

Saves time, but has a glitch

The sometimes makes the payment process twice, so I charge my mobile or send a donation and 10 minutes later the app repeats the operation again and I am charged for the second time. The money is not lost as I get my mobile charged again or the donation sent twice, but what was really scary is that when I called the customer service to point out the problem, they were so adamant that I am the one who made the payment twice, as if I am trying to lie to them or something. They didn’t even agree to register a complaint!
The solution to this problem is to make sure that the app is closed and turn off the wifi or data from your mobile after you pay for 15 minutes.
The problem doesn’t happen when you are paying a bill or anything that only accepts certain amount of money; it happens again inly with donation and mobile recharging, or at least this was my own experience.
This happened about 4 times over the last year, but I think you should be careful.

Money not refunded.

I have two operations refused but the money was withdrawn anyway. I contacted fawry several times. Your representatives are actually amateurs. One tells me the money will be refunded within 48 hours, after a month another one tells me it is already paid to Vodafone. Then a third one tells me few days later that it is already refunded to the credit cards. All these are absolute nonsense. The money was not refunded anywhere. Still don’t know if I am going to get the money or not. Pathetic service. Can never be worse. A punch of careless amateurs who don’t know what they are doing. Should be ashamed of the quality of your service. All I have mentioned is supposed to be saved and I keep screen shots of them. I am sure this message like all the previous ones will lead to nothing. Shame on your service
