· Instantly review all types of accounts/investment certificates/savings certificates/mutual funds/prepaid cards/ credit cards.
· Transfer funds between your various accounts within the Bank.
· Transfer funds to other accounts with the Bank or with other banks (in local currency) using soft/hard token.
· Make credit card payments.
· Purchase/redeem investment certificates/savings certificates/mutual funds, and time deposits.
· Use Fawry’s payment services “Fawry”.
· Apply for credit cards/loans.
· Request you Iscore.
· Authenticate your transaction using a soft token.
· Login using (Touch ID/Face ID )

Doesn’t accept IBAN
The new version is much faster, but adding internal beneficiaries while inputting the IBAN number gives an error message “account number doesn’t match branch name”, despite the absence of a field to enter the branch name. After several trials, I was able to add the beneficiary by inputting the account number only.
Moreover, trying to use the one transfer only option, the currency pull down menu doesn’t give any options, leading to transaction rejection.
Bad app it needs to be fixed soon
- The app doesn’t login most of the time…
- and it needs to have a dark mode that follows iphone’s dark/light mode.
- when making a transfer, you need to remember the otp that is too much long, because most of the time you can’t copy/paste it to the app… this bug needs to be fixed soon also…
Unprofessional bank!
The worst, most useless bank with the most incompetent representatives.
The website is flawed and useless.
The people who work there are unprofessional and provide no help whatsoever.
Problems are never solved.
They stole money from me, saying that it was for the monthly statement that I stopped receiving since I got my new credit card that I only activated today!!! They refused to pay me back and they wouldn’t cancel this service saying that it only worked through the website, which doesn’t work.
