BM Online 4+

I've been using the Banque Misr banking app for a while now, and I must say it's a fantastic tool for managing my finances. The app offers a wide range of features that simplify my daily financial transactions, and it has become an integral part of my financial life.

However, there's one major inconvenience that keeps me from giving it a full five-star rating. Unlike many other apps, the Banque Misr banking app does not support Face ID login. This means I have to manually enter my credentials every single time I want to access my account.

In an age where security is paramount, it's surprising that the app doesn't leverage the advanced security features offered by Face ID. Apple, a company known for its commitment to customer security, has set the gold standard with Face ID, and I believe Banque Misr should follow suit to provide its customers with the best possible protection for their accounts.

I hope the developers at Banque Misr consider implementing Face ID login in future updates. Doing so would not only enhance the app's user-friendliness but also demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding customer data. Until then, it's a great app with a minor flaw that I hope to see resolved soon

When explore your account activity, the records are displayed from old to new. Now, if you have plenty of activities in your account, and you need to check the most recent, you will have to scroll down by punches of 15 record maximum. My suggestion is very simple and worth trying; make the records descending in time not ascending. This one should be i a separate review, anyhow, I will consider the BM app perfect if it allows me to control my certificates to be renewed or not at any time. I also need to know why this feature is so hard to BM while it is there since ages on NBE online and app?

I truly appreciate this app. The developers looks like they did an awesome job. I used to live abroad and an used to use such banking experience in Japan. It is really much more direct, straight forward and easy to use. I would hope to have a little bit more options like spending categories and statistics for in and out. But overall it is just to the point. Please keep on going forward.
