1. Click on the Register button from the Login page.
2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

This version offers greater financial flexibility, allowing users to manage their Cards easily by:

• Set Card pin: Easily set your card’s pin after activation directly to allow using your card.
• Reset PIN: Easily reset your card’s PIN through the 'Card Services' section.
• Unblock PIN: If you exceed PIN tries, unblock your PIN via 'Card Services'.
• View Transactions: Check all your debit card transactions in the card section.

Great App with One Annoying Flaw

I've been using the Banque Misr banking app for a while now, and I must say it's a fantastic tool for managing my finances. The app offers a wide range of features that simplify my daily financial transactions, and it has become an integral part of my financial life.

However, there's one major inconvenience that keeps me from giving it a full five-star rating. Unlike many other apps, the Banque Misr banking app does not support Face ID login. This means I have to manually enter my credentials every single time I want to access my account.

In an age where security is paramount, it's surprising that the app doesn't leverage the advanced security features offered by Face ID. Apple, a company known for its commitment to customer security, has set the gold standard with Face ID, and I believe Banque Misr should follow suit to provide its customers with the best possible protection for their accounts.

I hope the developers at Banque Misr consider implementing Face ID login in future updates. Doing so would not only enhance the app's user-friendliness but also demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding customer data. Until then, it's a great app with a minor flaw that I hope to see resolved soon

One remark needs fulfillment

When explore your account activity, the records are displayed from old to new. Now, if you have plenty of activities in your account, and you need to check the most recent, you will have to scroll down by punches of 15 record maximum. My suggestion is very simple and worth trying; make the records descending in time not ascending. This one should be i a separate review, anyhow, I will consider the BM app perfect if it allows me to control my certificates to be renewed or not at any time. I also need to know why this feature is so hard to BM while it is there since ages on NBE online and app?

Great App and New Features but..

The app is really good and reliable. I noticed several updates with tangible improvements each version ..the ability to choose installments on your credit card is really AMAZING. Yet I don’t get why the option of 3 months installments is not available although it is available through the call center ..
one other main thing. The Login with Face ID likewise the NBE. This is really important to add. Despite the TOKEN APP supports Face ID so please consider it in the next update
