Unauthorized payment and irresponsive feedback

Booking charged my credit card without my authorization. It was a free cancellation scheduled payment and I canceled before the deadline . However realized booking charged the second I made my booking Dec 25th and not on Dec 28 th . Now my money is trapped in a refund process . Credit card is maxed because of allowance for foreign transaction per month in Egypt. And I incurred 10% credit card fees for foreign transactions plus exchange rate ! Their response is that you can just redo the booking in two minutes . Then sorry it s a glitch not a human mistake ! Wait for two weeks for your refund sorry for the hassle ! If they can’t handle bookings accurately and transparently . No guarantee or commitment then what the point ! How they claim because it s an online digital system it is not safe from mistakes !

Car renting feature have wrong reviews and not coming from customers

Where is the car companies rating coming from??!!! I trusted your rating and took europcar from Amman which was top rated on your website by 8.7 and i didn’t check google reciew because i trusted your rating and after i had issues with the company i checked google rating and it is 3.3 because they accept cutomer reviews?! Please fix the rating because we are paying the cost of this mistakes i payed alomost double the price because of broken mirror and the team was rude. Please i need to share my review so that no one rent with this company and please adjust the rating or remove this feature from booking

Update 8th of Nov: i want to know where is the car companies ratings are coming from? because, normally it should be coming from the users of the company in the country i am looking, but seems it is not the case, europcar in your app is the top rated while searching from car rental from Amman airport queen alai by 8.7 rating!!!! and i booked it because of your rating and i had extremely bad experience and got accident car , on Google because it takes customer reviews europcar is 3.3 on Google which align with the experience i got, and after my booking i was surprised that i am not able to leave public review on Booking so that people take care in the future

Wonderful experience

Dar shaeir is an amazing , a quiet place in the heart of old Madina (Rabat). Once the door opens you enter into to history, different world from the hustle of old town to the calmness of renovated Riad (Dar Shaeir), that the location is perfect to discover the old town by your foot. It's a pice of history,

Dar shaeir belongs to an inspiring historical period, as the great Moroccan poet Kamal Al-Zabadi lived there.

The room is tastefully furnitured, and the outside spacs are unique.

It's very traditional and very clean, really warm place, quiet setting about a few minutes from old town, It was so nice to come back to the home (dar shaeir) after hours in souks. Rooms is simple and historic elegant and well appointed with lovely traditional furniture.

The staff were always smiling and helpful، what makes this one stand out us the personal welcome from the owner; Salahdin, is a wonderful host support his loyal team, Salahdin and his team: Seham, Nosira and Hanaa, they makes you feel like a welcome guest in his home, Excellent service and attention from Seham and Nosiera.

Many thanks to Salahdin and his wife, and many thanks to Nosira for fantastic stay 🙏
