I love the app , but ..
I love the app but there right now it’s telling me I can’t use the app because I need to update the vista app but you haven’t pushed an update on the App Store .. so now I can’t use it at all .

App is not very helpful
You cannot edit the order from the app, only from the webpage. The chat is not responsive at all, especially with the continuous fake update and late order delivery we are facing now. We are losing so much sales because of Bosta’s unprofessional service. Also the terminologies on the app is very confusing “preparing for return” is equal to “in progress “ on the webpage
