I love the app , but ..
I love the app but there right now it’s telling me I can’t use the app because I need to update the vista app but you haven’t pushed an update on the App Store .. so now I can’t use it at all .

Customer service
Customer service employees are unfortunately not empowered to do anything. They can only send template responses with empty promises of delivery and make complaint files that aren’t followed up on. The app itself and integration works well, but the actual services are bad now. Packages get lost, damaged and delivery is delayed in many cases. Multiple packages of the same size going to the same customer get separated and delivered with days in between if delivered at all. Some of the delivery associates are rude to the customers. As a small business owner I spend more time doing damage control with Bosta and apologizing to customers on their behalf than actually making products.
Great services
The app let me create and track all my shipments in details with a simple and friendly use interface.
