Very bad timing and bad service

My order was supposed to come from 2 days and yet nothing came every time i tell support on the app the tell me courier will come today and call u and deliver your order and nothing happened i was supposed to come from 10 am to 7pm everyday they said that and i didn't recive anything now and i really in need for this order. Do not use this app very bad experience

The worst shipping service ever

There’s low to zero customer service, and even if the customer service reply they reply with false information about the product status and the orders never come on time and it’s so late that the seller sent me another product with another shipping platform .
Literally will do my best to avoid any business that deals with this shipping platform.
