Nice app i didn’t recieve my package yet but i’m amazed with the payement options upon delivery or even before the delivery through the app you can pay using value, bank cards and u can change the delivery date from the app i also rescheduled the delivery date to make it earlier from the website and the delivery man who called at the first delivery attempt was polite and decent

Awful service and the couriers are terrible

If you’re a business owner and thinking of having business with this company or a customer and the store directed you to get your shipment through this company; Then I strongly encourage you not to.As first i was happy with the application but it didn’t last long, I paid for the order by my credit card yet the company wanted me to pay double the payment because their application hasn’t synced that i already paid the amount.I tried contacting some of their couriers and representatives, I ended up getting yelled at and they cancelled my shipment.The next day they started bluffing about delivering the shipment and they even had me withdraw some cash for extra shipping fees, Then the courier decided he doesn’t want to ship me any packages and marked my delivery on the app as “Rejected the shipment by customer”.Huge losers 🤝🏻☺️

Very bad shipping experience

The problem wasn’t that I wasn’t allowed to got my package for days but the bad attitude of the delivery man. He refused to let me check the order although the company allows this and there is a sign on the package showing that it is allowed. He was about to close the call while I was talking he didn’t want to listen to me. They claim that the delivery time is till 7 pm but the delivery man wanted to deliver it on 9 pm and I already had to move from the place I was in. They were always trying to threaten me that they are going to cancel my order so I had to leave my work to go and get the package. No transparency No professionalism. No good attitude with customer. They treat the customer as they are doing a favor for him.
