Breadfast: Groceries And More 4+

I rarely leave reviews on the app store, but Breadfast is one of the best grocery delivery apps I have ever used. Their delivery service is incredibly fast, and I always receive my orders within the promised time frame. Their customer support service is truly exceptional. Their support staff is always available to answer any questions I might have, and their responsiveness is truly remarkable. They go out of their way to ensure my experience with them is nothing short of excellent.
I highly recommend Breadfast to anyone looking for super fast grocery delivery service, exceptional customer support, and high-quality products.

I am a consistent customer, who was shopping when they start in maadi first, I used to shop starting with the bakery then after almost 3 years now from growing up they are totally messy and have no control, there is no customer service to talk with!!! I regularly shopping 2 to 3 times a day, lately all my orders received with missing items, late delivery up to 4 hrs or switched with other products without informing me, or old bakeries!!! Literally every order gets worse than the previous one, and the most annoying thing is there is no one to contact or complain for. My last order came late 1 more hour, and miss the 2 water cartons, chicken soup and switched large bread instead of mini bread (which repeated 4 times)! It was 11 pm with next day school, and it was too late to place another order and to late to wait 1 more hour to get the water while I wasn’t have any mineral water because I was depending on what I will receive. Finally they got too worse after growing up.

We assure you, it's not our normal. If you want to waste your money, time, and efforts use this app!

Most of the items are sold out, fruits and vegetables are not always fresh. The only reason I used the app is because of their alleged punctuality! untill having to go through these unfortunate experiences with them:

On the 14th of June I made an order, the amount was debited from my account and the order was not registered. I reordered again and the same happened. Both amounts are not refunded till date (23rd of August 2024)

On the 23rd of august, I made another order consisting of 30+ items, I scheduled it to arrive at 5pm. The delivery person arrived at 3pm and called me to receive the order! Of course no one was available to receive it.

I sent a complaint and asked them to send the order back on time they advised that they will have to cancel the order and that I have to repeat the entire process again! Meanwhile I will have to follow with the bank to ensure the amount is refunded. In the meantime, their customer service team was calling me to ask why I did not receive the order as the delivery person is waiting at my door!

So now I ended up with three undelivered orders and three pending refunds to follow up with two different banks!!

Worst and most inconvenient experience ever and i will make sure to share it with everyone I know!! أسوأ أبليكيشن و أسوأ خدمة عملاء لا انصح به إطلاقا

We'd like to share with you that the amounts for order are only put on hold till the orders are delivered successfully, and in case the order is not delivered the amounts are released back into the bank account.

Our team has tried to reach out over the phone to make sure we get all the details and report this but we weren't able to. We'll be trying to call once more to make sure this is addressed as soon as possible.
