elmenus 4+

I made an order today and the after accepting the order and deducting the amount from my credit card, the restaurant called to inform me that the order will be canceled because my address is out of zone after 4 pm. An agent from elmenus called and explained that I will receive a refund within two hours and that it should hit back my credit card with in around 7 to 15 days. I got very frustrated because literally I had no available limit in my card, I need many complaint messages and requested a call from elmenus side. I was so delighted how the agent was very understanding and handled my frustration. He apologized and after 60 mins exactly I received another order with same amount I paid as a complimentary. The agent called me and he insisted not to let me pay. I want to thank the agent very much because he really appreciated the client and knew how to handle.

I order from them about a year I always find difficult in customer service response, the take time, till yesterday I order but I found its wring address I decline the order the re-order it by the right address, but It didn't change inside, the delivery man called me I told him no one there, he asks me to call elmenu, they take time to answer me and the answer was make a new order, I kept asking about the money no one answer, someone called me from the app then he told me that he will call back but he didn't, in-app chat ask me to send an email, which I do but no one till now reply in my mail, I tried to reach them inside the messenger but no one answer me, then I made a post the comment on the post immediately, I commented please answer your DM AFTER Hours they reply we are sorry make new order, then I asks about the money the told me no money, I asks about the food they told me no food you have to make sure about the address, i ask them about the callback they tell it’s customer agent fault so we will give 50 pounds which I don’t accept it, I told him I will delete the app he told me it’s up to you, plus they didn’t try even to call me, they didn’t try to give me options, I told him you didn’t give options he told me that’s our process and I told you the whole senacrio, we will not refund you or give the food it’s your fault
No one call me no one reply on my mail

The worst app ever! I made an order from Crave to be delivered by iftar time & received a notification on the app that it’d be delivered 5:59!!! (Almost 13 minutes before iftar) however until the said time nothing arrived. I tried messaging them on the app & no one replied i tried calling Crave directly & they didn’t reply either!!!! We had to order from another place (definitely Not through this lousy app) because we needed to eat. As we were receiving the new order, the Crave order arrived…at 7:10 or later😡😡😡 we told the delivery man that he’s late for over an hour and we won’t take the order to which he reacted by calling the restaurant and handed my husband the phone where he was told by the restaurant management that Elmenus told Crave that we were okay with the order to being late even after iftar time!!! Liars and unprofessional. Oh i forgot to mention that i had FIVE not one BUT five calls from Elmenus upon placing my order each informing me with the same info regarding update of the prices or whatever. Y3ni we place orders over apps to avoid this fiasco of unprofessionalism. بجد تطبيق مقرف وعاملين ولا اسوأ وكمان كدابين ومش بيردوا واخر هم. الحمد لله مسحت التطبيق من عندي لان دي تاني مرة المهزلة دي تحصل فكفاية بقى.
