Breadfast: Groceries And More 4+

I rarely leave reviews on the app store, but Breadfast is one of the best grocery delivery apps I have ever used. Their delivery service is incredibly fast, and I always receive my orders within the promised time frame. Their customer support service is truly exceptional. Their support staff is always available to answer any questions I might have, and their responsiveness is truly remarkable. They go out of their way to ensure my experience with them is nothing short of excellent.
I highly recommend Breadfast to anyone looking for super fast grocery delivery service, exceptional customer support, and high-quality products.

I am a consistent customer, who was shopping when they start in maadi first, I used to shop starting with the bakery then after almost 3 years now from growing up they are totally messy and have no control, there is no customer service to talk with!!! I regularly shopping 2 to 3 times a day, lately all my orders received with missing items, late delivery up to 4 hrs or switched with other products without informing me, or old bakeries!!! Literally every order gets worse than the previous one, and the most annoying thing is there is no one to contact or complain for. My last order came late 1 more hour, and miss the 2 water cartons, chicken soup and switched large bread instead of mini bread (which repeated 4 times)! It was 11 pm with next day school, and it was too late to place another order and to late to wait 1 more hour to get the water while I wasn’t have any mineral water because I was depending on what I will receive. Finally they got too worse after growing up.

I don’t usually leave comments or reviews on the App Store but every time I use this app I feel super happy that we have such service in egypt , the app is friendly and doesn’t crash , the service and the delivery team are super decent , delivery time is super fast .. and honestly the whole experience is amazing .. if I can recommend something it could be maybe increasing the variety , please maintain the bakery quality cause it’s simply the best and hate to see it drop and also you can work on discount schemes every now and then .. love it and keep up the quality and the good work.
