Breadfast: Groceries And More 4+

I rarely leave reviews on the app store, but Breadfast is one of the best grocery delivery apps I have ever used. Their delivery service is incredibly fast, and I always receive my orders within the promised time frame. Their customer support service is truly exceptional. Their support staff is always available to answer any questions I might have, and their responsiveness is truly remarkable. They go out of their way to ensure my experience with them is nothing short of excellent.
I highly recommend Breadfast to anyone looking for super fast grocery delivery service, exceptional customer support, and high-quality products.

Im a new customer, I made an order to arrive at friend’s house for Ramadan Iftaar - i reached out to customer service 30mnts before the order as it was still not prepared. Around 3:40 the order was prepared and out for delivery (I had no contact information) around 3:55 my friend (who I put his number in got a call that got disconnected 3 seconds later) and upon trying to call the delivery back we got no answer for over 15 mnts and when he answered he asked to reorder via the app but the item was sold out (during that time I tried again getting in touch with customer service but had no reply and got a message at 4 that someone tried to teach out and nobody picked & my order was cancelled). 4:11 i got connected to an agent who said they have loads of messages and disappeared for another 12 mnts only to get back to acknowledged my request and that she’d check and come back. She never did and the chat for disconnected 20mnts later.

Now i have no time to order from another place - I guess thats what you get for relying on such poor service.

I am a consistent customer, who was shopping when they start in maadi first, I used to shop starting with the bakery then after almost 3 years now from growing up they are totally messy and have no control, there is no customer service to talk with!!! I regularly shopping 2 to 3 times a day, lately all my orders received with missing items, late delivery up to 4 hrs or switched with other products without informing me, or old bakeries!!! Literally every order gets worse than the previous one, and the most annoying thing is there is no one to contact or complain for. My last order came late 1 more hour, and miss the 2 water cartons, chicken soup and switched large bread instead of mini bread (which repeated 4 times)! It was 11 pm with next day school, and it was too late to place another order and to late to wait 1 more hour to get the water while I wasn’t have any mineral water because I was depending on what I will receive. Finally they got too worse after growing up.
