Overall good

Overall good but when it comes to boarding pass it stuck totally ,,, please check this

Not User Friendly

Not based on the Client space use. When you click on any option other then Egyptair Plus . It get you completely out of your Space. I usually fly to Saudi Arabia and when I compare Alfursan Application and this application I just understand that even giving two stars for this application is quite much. Also, the option to automatically add the Egyptair Card to Apple Card’s or Samsung’s Cards does not even exist.
I hope Egyptair upgrade the Application so we can enjoy it.
This critics are stated because I wish the best for Egyptair and I want them to improve and they deserve better.

Unfriendly usage app

If I am frequent flyer, I can not use every thing when I log in, even I can not claim my missing miles. If I have an account, I should log in one time then I use what I need. But here I need to go to each page alone and don’t even memorize my booking, I need each time to write the booking reference. I am using more than 10 apps for flights and I am sorry to say, this one in the worst. Hope things change in this app as Egypt air is a big company.
