App out dated and not respond

App dont respond anymore ..i try to log in alot and it said not found although iam already logged in through the website
App crashed always

The worst app in the history of transport apps

The application is so outdated it drives you insane, you cant book your ticket with ease.
Paying for the tickets takes numerous tries.
At the end you need to book through the website which is not any better.
You cant see the pickup locations on the app.
And the app is not integrated with go mini app.

Unreliable app complete wast of money don not use

The app is completely unreliable I booked a trip when I tried to change my travel itinerary it did not allow me and when I reached out to the call center they where completely useless, they cold not even understand what I was saying.

I wasted 660 EGP it is an absolute thievery.
