ErrandBoy is a real-world concierge and errand fulfillment platform that connects customers with independent service providers who complete physical errands on their behalf. Customers may optionally purchase a membership plan that includes a set number of real-world errand service credits each month. These memberships are used exclusively for physical services performed outside the application, such as pickups, deliveries, shopping assistance, and other concierge-related tasks. The membership does not unlock digital content, premium app functionality, virtual goods, or in-app digital services. Customers are paying for real-world services that are fulfilled offline by service providers. Any products or items purchased during an errand are charged separately and are not included in the membership fee. Because payments relate to real-world services and fulfillment, external payment processing is used.
