Sahl سهل - Payments Made Easy 4+

I used the app to order a new NFC card which arrived in 3 days working well, then an easy experience to charge the card using my mobile phone even when I charged and forgot to scan the card after charging it I received a phone call from the customer service to inform me that I need to scan the card in order to complete the charging process which I found amazing that they can screen the transactions and provide an amazing quality follow-up calls.

I rate this as a 10/10 service 👏🏻👏🏻 thank you guys for this app

I was wounding how could I charge the electricity card and when I check the card I noticed Sahl app mentioned. I thought it is going to be long process specially on the first time of using the application but it wasn’t, the process were too easy to handle from the first time and the application is simple and easy to navigate. Thanks for giving us this great experience I really would like to be one of your team in the future.

1- NFC connection not stable, I had to uninstall/reinstall the app to establish connection with the card
١- استخدام NFC غير مستقر، كان لازم اشيل التطبيق و ارجع انزله تاني عشان الكارت يلقط
2- Virtual cards not accepted for payment “through NBE phone cash”
٢- طريقة الدفع عن طريق بطاقات الائتمان الافتراضية لا تقبل (في حالتي باستخدام فون كاش البنك الاهلي)
Other than the two points above the app seems to be doing its job, on the good side:
1- Design is clean and efficient

١- التطبيق تصميمه بسيط و فعال
2- Responsive
٢- سريع
3- Compared to the cost of service by Fawry outlets (they add 1-5 pounds extra against each 100 pounds charged on top the service charge) you only pay the service charge saving 1-5% of your utility bills cost
٣- بالمقارنة بشحن خدمة فوري (اللي بيحملوا فوق تمن الشحن و الخدمة من ١-٥ على كل ١٠٠) في التطبيق بتدفع بس تمن الخدمة، و بكدة توفر من ١-٥٪؜ من التكلفة اللي كنت بتدفعها لمندوبي فوري الانتهازيين
4- If other functions are operational, this app would be a very good tool
٤- مجربتش باقي الخدمات، بس لو فعلا شغالين يبقى التطبيق ده عملي جدا
