DON’T USE THIS APP ITS USELESS
My car broke as soon as i arrived to a meeting and the first thing popped on my mind is this app as it was advertised as a game changer in this kind of services in egypt.
I downloaded the app to request a scheduled towing service as soon as i end my meeting, the app didnt work as soon as i press submit it says call customer service, I called the hotline and customer service answered and told me to send a whatsapp message, although I told him all the questions and he didnt answer and told me to send a whatsapp message , I didnt and no answer was sent to me.
I dont know what is the extra special service they are providing , app doesn’t work, poor customer service, careless communication.
I sticked to the traditional way and called a traditional towing truck usual.
OTP Not Working
As a Software Engineer myself, I know how hard it is to come up with an idea and give it all your time to work on it and finish it all up to the end!
For that and the app idea I gave the 3 stars!
Just please fix the OTP Issue!
So the issue is as follows, I start the application, and everything is working fine until I started registering a new account, the app asked for my phone number which I provided, and then asked me to enter the OTP, but the OTP was never sent!
I tried to resend it several times but It was never sent!
Please fix this issue asap, I would love to have an application like this one, It’s a life saver to me!
