The app is extremely helpful to keep you updated to date with prayers times during the day, especially if you travel a lot or live in a foreign country. I recommend using the free version, the subscription is a bit expensive.
Error on the outer dial

Dear Team, Since I upgraded my watch to the ultra I have been having trouble with the view on the watch with (countdown to upcoming prayer) which is very important to me. I hope you can fix this problem as it has been there since October 2022 and I have been waiting for an update to fix it and nothing has been done yet. It happens when I choose any of the four outer dials of the Watch (when I use the dials in the middle it works fine, but I prefer it on the far dial so that it’s always visible where the dial doesn’t block it. The dial on the bottom right is the one I am writing you about. I tried to email you on your support email but for a delivery failure and I even sent you an Instagram message with no response. Hope this gets to you. I will change my review to a 5 start as soon as it is fixed as it’s a v good appThank you,

Cannot restore my in-app purchase, and support team is unresponsive for over a month of follow-up

I bought the paid, ad-free version of the app, then over a month ago I noticed that the app for some reason had downgraded me to the basic tier and I started seeing ads again. Could not restore my purchase through the app, so I asked the support team to restore my subscription. They have not responded to 6 emails I sent them over the past month and my issue is still unresolved.
