I had a great experience using Numero for my Europe data plan. The unlimited package was offered at a very competitive price and worked perfectly during my trip. At one point there was a small issue where the package didn’t activate on my account, but I contacted support and the problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. Honestly, this is not the first time I use Numero, and definitely won’t be the last. Reliable service and very responsive customer support. Highly recommended😍

Even when I missed their in-app chat, they followed up via WhatsApp to ensure my issue was resolved. They provided multiple solutions until the problem was fixed and continued checking in afterward. Bad choice for WhatsApp business

It’s very bad to have choice as WhatsApp for business because I change the number 2 times because it’s banned from WhatsApp and third time succeed to login to WhatsApp and after days it’s banned again for the number I have and reason is violated rules which never happened because I did setup WhatsApp business and didn’t start any communication and suddenly banned. I did contact customer support to help, but by a very rude way threatening me that maximum they can change number for the third time and give reason that I did violate the rules of WhatsApp which never happened because I didn’t use at all. It’s really wired and bad way to deal with people. I don’t recommend this app for anyone wish have stable business WhatsApp.Update:After I wrote the comment where they see by their own view that problem comes from WhatsApp side, which maybe right and maybe wrong, I’m not a technical person to judge.They remove the ticket support be created for the problem and didn’t find me a solution and have to start from the beginning and I have no idea if it’s normal or not.The point is, I didn’t use WhatsApp at all and only setup the number and didn’t use, except sending message to my main number to assure it will be delivered. I have an answer for the person in charge who answer my comment, please be aware that I didn’t use WhatsApp and as you mentioned if my own main number, for example, will be blocked by WhatsApp, it means that I did wrong and they have the right decision, but point is, I didn’t use the number be provided and in this case the problem is totally should be your side and not mine or WhatsApp side.I tried 2 numbers and both were blocked in WhatsApp which clearly that numbers have problems originally with the app, and not the problem is how I used it, I remind you again, I didn’t use it and only set it up.I do appreciate if you ask technical team to solve the problem instead remove ticket and let me restart a new one.

Instead of raising your problem in the store, you could have contacted us to help you and clarify any misunderstandings.Especially since, as you explained, your numbers have been replaced several times While you successfully registered with it and received codes from us in this point you did not find difficulty or problems with the numbers. But because you violated the WhatsApp policy, they blocked you numbers, and it was on their part. If you had given yourself a minute before holding us responsible for the block and reviewed the WhatsApp policy, you would have found that the ban was on their part, and they also have steps. I’ve been a paid subscriber for months, but my UK number has never worked properly it can’t receive calls or messages at all. I lost important shipments and business opportunities because of this issue.Despite contacting support several times, the only response I got was “wait for the provider to fix it.” They refused to refund the months I paid for a service that never worked.They finally offered a temporary number, but that doesn’t solve the main problem. I’ve already reported the case to consumer protection.Be very careful before subscribing this app charges you automatically even when the service is down.
