Information about the auto-renewal of subscription:
– Subscription with a free trial will be automatically renewed to a paid subscription.
– Payment will be charged by Apple at confirmation of purchase.
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan.
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings.
– Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Big problem haven’t been existing before friends in the circle have to open the app to update their location why this happens it is supposed to update their location automatically without opening the app please fix this

Bad application , I bought it to stay connected with other mobiles but that didn’t,r happen at all . Messages of location kept appear and were disabled easily in child mode despite I bought the application . I don,t recommend it to anyone . I want my money back

I had to delete the app after feeling it is unhelpful to me. Yet , it is accidentally renewed .. and for a whole year price!😔could you please help me to have a refund since it is no use for me at all .

App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them. Unfortunately, we cannot manage users' subscriptions on our end as all subscriptions are managed by iTunes. You can disable auto-renew subscriptions in your iTunes Settings (please check Apple Support page for details: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039). This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. Please kindly use this manual to request a refund for your in-app purchase. 1) Open Apple problem reports page in your web browser: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/; 2) Log in with your Apple ID username and password; 3) Select 'Apps' tab; 4) Select 'Report a Problem' next to the purchase you want a refund for; 5) Click on Choose Problem and select 'I didn't mean to purchase this item' if you did not want to purchase the app or subscription; 6) Fill additional information and press 'Submit' button.
