Ride safely
Safety is our top priority. You’ll see who’s coming to pick you up and in which car right in the app. You’ll see info about the driver, such as their name and rating, and will be able to share your route with whomever you like so they know where you are.
Smart destinations
Yango will suggest destinations for your rides based on your ride history, like first offering ‘home’ as a destination because it’s your most common request on weekday evenings. Ride the smart way!
Multiple destinations, one route
Yango makes everyday life super easy. Like picking the kids up from school, dropping a friend off at a market, and doing some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver.
Request rides for close ones
Show you care by requesting rides for friends and relatives. Get your mother to a doctor’s appointment, book a ride to pick up your special someone, or get each of your friends a ride home after a night out. You can request up to 3 cars at once.

We've also built in a fast delivery service into Yango - use Delivery to quickly send personal packages or even business orders by courier anywhere in the city. Delivery is suitable for any item that can be transported by scooter or car.

Review:The app’s map frequently freezes and gives incorrect navigation, causing drivers to head to the wrong locations and making me wait much longer than necessary. Just last week, I booked a ride to a destination I visit every couple of days, but the app sent the driver to a completely different location. I had to use Google Maps myself to guide the driver to the correct destination, which doubled both the fare and the travel time. As a result, I arrived late for my doctor’s appointment. This issue needs to be fixed urgently because it seriously affects the reliability of the service.

Hello! We would like to clarify that the app takes the address directly from your phone's GPS. If you have any issues with the starting point or destination, simply move the pin directly on the map.

I wish there was a 0 star because this is what they deserve. I booked a car, paid a deposit and received a confirmation message. I reached to collect a car to be told we cancelled the booking and yango should have notified you. After trying to reach customer support for two hours (waiting on front of the store) they said we cancelled offer a lower car at a higher price and will see if we will refund your deposit when I asked them how come they kept giving me automated message. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Card payments issues!!

No matter, what kind of card do I use, it just doesn’t accept any of them. The first card got charged 1 OMR however the app didn’t accept it and I only got my refund after 24 Hours. Seriously, terrible! I had to stress with every ride because of the lack of change with the drivers.
