Not sure if it’s the correct channel to report a bug or not but here it is the scenario:If u change the country in your app from country A to country B and search for an item using filters when u change it back to country A the filter stops working, to make it work correctly go back to country B in which u had filters on and clear the filters then switch to country A and your filters are back again working normally.Hope it helps ✌️

I used tones prime member. But the app has stooped so low I canceled my subscription. Now I’m just a normal customer but the app is still getting worse; so many false descriptions and false pictures!!! The company itself has false information saying refunds take 48 business hours when in fact I waited more than 15 days for a refund and don’t remember waiting less than a week for a refund. I think they delay refunds so u give up and buy stuff with other money so they guarantee u use money in ur gift card in their app!! And don’t get me started on customer support! The worst ever. No help whatsoever. No experience whatsoever. They literally told merge opposite of the right thing to do before whe I had a probem with my account before and I had to delete the whole account because of their mistake and I lost my gift card balance and of course wasn’t refunded as usual. Of course this will get no attention from the customer support or whoever reads these reviews from their company because that’s how careless about the customer they are they just want to delay and guarantee ur money.

My order was out for delivery for 12 hours straight! Whenever I call in, I keep on getting same rebotic answer! When they admitted that my order was extremely late, their delivery person lied that he’s on his way and had to wait for more than 3 hours for nothing! All of the managers and representatives tell nothings but same lies and I kept on getting transferred many times and no one was able to assist and they kept on escalating each department for the lateness until I cancelled the order noting that the order value was huge! So it’s just an app that wastes your time and money for no added value! And they call themselves customer-centric! Shame!
