In-app subscriptions will be charged via your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless auto renewal is turned off in your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before your subscription period runs out.
When a free trial is offered, we will ask you to add a payment method when starting the trial. But don't worry – if you cancel before the last day of the trial you won't be charged.

As mentioned before in a previous review from another user our subscription from Egypt appears from uae and we have to pay more then double. I contacted your support and they insisted it is a problem with apple id but I contacted Apple and went with them through many steps and we made sure there is no problem with my apple account and it is the app developer problem and now after i see other reviews with the same problem i am sure it is the app problem and if not fixed i will uninstall the app and use another audio book app

Why no one answer my massage What is the complaint channel ? Pls I need someone to answer me I am keep asking through messenger and the one who reply is very slow Didn’t get any clear answer till now U are doing this with loyal customer what are u doing with the new one Again Ian using the app more than year ago and I discovered that the subscription is 99 while I use to pay 179 egp I need to know why so if I didn’t receive any feedback I ll remove the app Pls hire a customer service team quality of service can damage your app

The app is very good, and of course it is a difficult thing. It is very difficult for you to license and get the books and turn them into a voice that we can hear while you do anything. It is really very interesting experience, but when you come to contact them the response comes late too latee so please do anything about it
