Banned for no reason

I have spent countless hours building my bankroll fairly, only to have my account permanently banned for alleged chip transferring that never happened.The situation was simple: my friend and I both had large chip balances, and we were repeatedly going all-in against each other for relatively small amounts compared to what we owned. The results were entirely based on the cards dealt and luck. I happened to win more often, and now my account has been banned despite never intentionally transferring chips or breaking the rules.What is even more frustrating is the appeal process. Every time I try to appeal, I receive the same generic response and am told that the reason cannot be fully disclosed because of how the detection system works. If players are going to lose accounts they spent months or years building, they deserve a proper explanation and a genuine review of their case.I understand that automated systems are important, but no algorithm is perfect and it cannot always account for normal human behavior, especially when friends are playing against each other. The lack of transparency and meaningful support has been extremely disappointing.I am simply asking for a fair review of my account and the opportunity to prove that no chip transferring took place.

This app stole u , I advise all people read this plz don’t play or buy chips in this most fake app All of my friend didn’t play it again cause they want u to buy chips and told you it’s about ur luck. But it is not I played in many tables in last 3 days always I didn’t won any of game how come it’s about luck and some one in the table never lose it doesn’t make any since and always if u suffer from this game they said it’s about luck hahahaha you are layers and don’t forget their was a lot of poker app nice app I can buy win and lose not always lose. It’s really really fake app with robbers it Shame on this app I really sad to waste my time and money no way. I will not forgive you robbers

I played as a guest without giving them any permissions to access my info, after while i decided to delete this app and as usual I go to my I cloud storage and offloaded all the app date before deleting it to make sure that there’s nothing left from tjis app on my iPhone, then went to my backup and deleted it then changed my I cloud and email on this IPhone and guess what, when I reinstalled this app I found all my data which i saved as ((a guest)) still there only on for this app all the other apps acting like it’s new iPhone except this spying app.I’m reporting them to Apple store as a security threat.I contacted them through their message system and they ignored my messages.
