I have spent countless hours building my bankroll fairly, only to have my account permanently banned for alleged chip transferring that never happened. The situation was simple: my friend and I both had large chip balances, and we were repeatedly going all-in against each other for relatively small amounts compared to what we owned. The results were entirely based on the cards dealt and luck. I happened to win more often, and now my account has been banned despite never intentionally transferring chips or breaking the rules. What is even more frustrating is the appeal process. Every time I try to appeal, I receive the same generic response and am told that the reason cannot be fully disclosed because of how the detection system works. If players are going to lose accounts they spent months or years building, they deserve a proper explanation and a genuine review of their case.I understand that automated systems are important, but no algorithm is perfect and it cannot always account for normal human behavior, especially when friends are playing against each other. The lack of transparency and meaningful support has been extremely disappointing.I am simply asking for a fair review of my account and the opportunity to prove that no chip transferring took place.
