When we talk about the best fit band then it's Fitbit... What is missing for me is to have a new tab in the watch face section containing my favorite faces, also to have a profile section that switch between preset profiles that control a certain face, volume, notification and other preference. A direct channel of communication with CTO should be great to receive customers experiences, bugs reporting & new ideas. Wish you all the best

Not happy at all with the accuracy of the app in general and specifically with the swimming feature which doesn’t record the swim most of the time and I cannot see it I. Real time. I had a charge 2 before and I have to say it was much more accurate and better than charge 4. Definitely a mistake to have bought it. Now looking for other options and not Fitbit.

I have a problem with my iphone 13 the app is disconnected from my fitbit versa most of the time and i have to connect it again i don't know what is the problem as i upgrading my watch FW and my iphone software regularly
