This game has become so bad that it closes every two or three minutes, and when I return, everything I finished disappears and the second is repeated. I am tired of it. What did you do with it to spoil it in this way?

Recently changed my iPad and when I connected the game to my Facebook account to download my progress from the previous device it keeps shutting down seconds after loading I’m unable to play it online, collect country fair points or participate in the boat races as the game keeps shutting down whenever I connect it to the WiFi and try playing online, this is not the first time for this to occur, whenever you install a new update it makes the game worse

Is anybody else having problems with their game freezing on iPhone? I have the latest update and started the latest quest this morning (Egypt). I have been unable to do anything since lunchtime. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, shut down and restarted my phone but it still isn’t working.
