Extremely buggy and unproductive

I’ve raised multiple technical issues and most answers are generic like ‘reinstall the app’, ‘clear the cache’ or ‘make sure you use the latest iOS version’. It’s our fault obviously, not the flawless application. My experience - clear face picture in the sun and balcony shot gets deleted automatically by the AI, and somehow I’m to blame.Not only that, as a several times gold subscription service user, I can guarantee you it doesn’t help as much as you think. The algorithm only shows you to other people without factoring your preferences/filters while showing to other people, so usually more than 1/2 are ‘just outside your filters’ making them useless. This can be confirmed by tracking the ‘Visitors’ part of the ‘For You’ section.Lastly I genuinely wish there was a better way to meet/find people but you do with what you get. I use it since I’m from a different province and have a limited social network since I’m relatively new to a big city and you simply can’t walk up to someone to get to know them.

You block members on the claim that polygamy is illegal while you offer your service and accept purchase from countries where it is perfectly legal. Not only are you not being “Halal” as you falsely claim, but also you effectively discriminate against typical Arab Muslim belief. Do you actually realize that you’re selling your service in the entire Middle East? Additionally: any respectable service provides prior notice, refund, explanation, and also CLARIFY in Terms of Service about a foundational concept that relates to the heart of what you’re offering: “Online Marriage”. Polygamy is not mentioned anywhere in your Terms of Service or Behavior Guidelines despite the fact that you claim it is. You have been reported to Apple and they approved my refund (thanks Apple!!). I also made a second report to Apple to look into your discriminatory behavior and they are assessing. You have also been reported to Consumer Protection Authorities in my country to ban you for fraud and discrimination. Stay tuned, Halal app.

Disappointing and Unproductive - Not for Serious Marriage Seekers

This app is full of technical issues. It constantly freezes and crashes, making it difficult to even use. It also feels very restrictive, forcing you into certain actions or choices you don't want to make.The biggest problem is the matching algorithm. I'm constantly being shown profiles of people who aren't active or serious about finding a partner. The app also heavily promotes local users and offers very little variety or good options for those interested in meeting people from different cultures or countries. The lack of serious, diverse profiles makes this app a complete waste of time.
