InstaShop: Grocery Delivery 12+

This application did not support me on getting my money back or even the product I bought despite the amount of times I have sent to customer service for both instashop and pharmacy. I am so disappointed they allowed stealing despite trusting the application by paying using my visa. I kept receiving notification that the issue was resolved but no one reached out to ask about my issue nor actually resolve it by bringing my order in which was expensive. Will never use the application again and don’t recommend anyone to trust their visa with them. Disgusting

Don’t order from Dash Burger using InstaShop! Worst customer service ever, I made an order at 4:10, Dash burger called to confirm the order and replace missing item from their offer, I waited till 5:04 which was the estimated arrival of their order, from that point onwards I tried reaching out to Instashop’s customer service to ask about the delay, they didn’t respond once, I must have sent at least 5 messages through their support section on the app, and their phone number is always out of service. I called Dash Burger to ask about my order and to my surprise they informed me that the order was out for delivery 15 minutes later after they called to confirm (so at 4:30), I tried contacting instashop again, no response. Now the order arrived an hour later than intended (2 hours after I ordered it) completely cold so I refused to receive it and asked for a refund, the delivery guy said okay no problem and called the same guy at Dash Burger that took my order to refute that he has had my order for an hour, then the delivery guy took off after assuring me that my order will be returned and my money will be refunded, I open the Instashop app to find that the order status is delivered, and no refund to my order has been made!

Ordered breakfast. An expensive one as I had guests. 30mins delivery and money deducted from credit card . After an hour and half the restaurant called that insta shop returned my order and claimed I cancelled it ! Relying on me not getting in touch with restaurant. They lied to both ends! After and hour and half and my complaint the quality control manager called beyond rude insisting that I cancel my order - realized later she was after canceling to justify the mistake to the restaurant. She never cared to call them
And ensure faster delivery!! Hung up on me then delivery at the door - meaning that she never checked my order . If they fail to deliver what are they offering but delays! Refunds take time to process! You pay upfront and chase refund . Last week another delayed order and money taken. After an hour cancelled order . The restaurant closed for good. Chase refund ! They are greedy and could have focused on supermarkets and pharmacy! They offer no added value and not reliable as we can simply call the source delivery number instead ! And extremely unprofessional as she goes “ I m the quality control manager” no one to report me to and hung up on me !
