The worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life
I can’t believe this company. There is an item in the shipment that took ages to deliver so I filed 2 complaints, nothing happened. I called up this call center twice, they said they will issue a ticket for delivery with 48 hours. When I told them I am traveling early morning and don’t have any room for delaying, nothing happened. I asked to talk to their supervisor twice and I was denied the right to speak to a supervisor. They said their supervisor will call me within 24 hours. I tried to explain to them that I will not be in the country for three months from tom morning, they said that’s their procedure. This is way the worst app and the worst online shopping experience one could ever have . It’s a nightmare . Don’t ever think of buying from this company.
Some tweaking and it’ll be great
I wish I could open the item I bought after buying it from the “my orders” list. It’s not only that I want to reorder, but so when I receive the item I can make sure I got the right one as ordered. Also, when I was rating the products, I didn’t get any fields to write my feedback, which I wanted to do with a product that states in its title “wooden” but is plastic for example.
I know that it’s the seller’s job to write the descriptions and titles, but searching through the market can be very hard sometimes! I can’t write “kid’s shoes” and get all the products, I usually have to open kids fashion and keep scrolling endlessly.

1- Normally, you can view the items you've bought from "My Orders".. kindly check again.
2- About reviewing a certain product, it's possible as well. You just have to click on "Ratings" then "Write a Review" and then check "Write a Full Review". You'll be asked to enter your name, Review title and your review of course 🙂.
3- About the search engine, we apologize to you, we'll transmit your feedback to the right team to look into it.

Inbox feature issue
You added the inbox feature issue and didn’t add read all functionality. I still have badge with 3 in my inbox icon even though i checked them all. The badge disappears only when i restarts the app or when it goes to the background. This feature needs also to have a different color for read inbox messages and unread ones. Keep up the good work.
