Some tweaking and it’ll be great
I wish I could open the item I bought after buying it from the “my orders” list. It’s not only that I want to reorder, but so when I receive the item I can make sure I got the right one as ordered. Also, when I was rating the products, I didn’t get any fields to write my feedback, which I wanted to do with a product that states in its title “wooden” but is plastic for example.
I know that it’s the seller’s job to write the descriptions and titles, but searching through the market can be very hard sometimes! I can’t write “kid’s shoes” and get all the products, I usually have to open kids fashion and keep scrolling endlessly.
Otherwise, I think it’s great! Thanks

1- Normally, you can view the items you've bought from "My Orders".. kindly check again.
2- About reviewing a certain product, it's possible as well. You just have to click on "Ratings" then "Write a Review" and then check "Write a Full Review". You'll be asked to enter your name, Review title and your review of course 🙂.
3- About the search engine, we apologize to you, we'll transmit your feedback to the right team to look into it.

I made an order , it was on time , the transaction went very smoothly without any problems , i hope to keep the same and i hope i not get disappointed from one of the online shopping problems ( like broken items ,wrong colors , delivery issues , wrong size , missing items ....etc.)I wish I can be one of your regular customers for your site , actually your prices are reasonable and i made another order and both items will be shipped from outside Egypt, i hope it will be on time and like what i was excepting
- I have a comment for the sunglasses section: some of the sunglasses are written under it that it’s multicolor , however in the pic its black , all in black , so that confused me and im afraid to receive a different color than the black one that i ordered
- Make it clear for tracking the orders

1- about the sunglasses : actually, if they're available in different colors, you'll find them in a different/separeted product pages.. but the color you read in the description part is the one you'll be having.
2- To get the tracking number of your order, you can easily request it from Customer service (by phone/email or just through social media platforms).. after getting the tracking number you'll be able to track your package on any tracking site you prefer.

Very nice smooth and swift application that puts market between my hands
It just need to have more product/seller details, i can feel that the specs and description depends on the data seller provide which is in turn not always mentioned and if mentioned, i might want to contact them may b even after buying
