there is no professional customer support for JumiaPay
Unfortunately cause of you have only one customer support for Jumia and JumiaPay app made you couldn’t help us well as customers and solve our problems as soon as possible and always make us unsatisfied, I was using your app since you launch it and made transactions more than 30,000 LE or more although I’m considered a loyal costumer but the importantly for you announce offers only not customer satisfaction how I get benefits from these offers and also take so long time to answer on our emails.
When calling your hotline you say we will call you again and raised your concern to higher department and no one help you or when you reply you say we can’t do anything or even take in consideration that I’m a loyal customer or even any person you should have improve your service more with me.
Where is my money - Worst experience ever - Buggy application
Every time I tried to go through payment it keeps give me errors in every stage!
I have made a transaction to pay for valu with amount 4300 through the application, ans it has been paid successfully and deducted from my account, but actually its status still processing!!! When I tried to contact them they didn’t reply back, when I tried to call valu to assure the transaction, they actually didn’t received the money, and they told me it’s not normal to deduct the money from my bank account without being processed instantly!
This was my 1st time to deal with the app, after valu recommend it to pay through, and it will be the last time, very bad customer service and no reply back, I need to know where is my money?????
