Lucky ONE 4+

Don’t use this application it’s managed by bunch of unprofessionals, i applied for their card & after using it for a long time, one day the transactions aren’t accepted saying that i reached my limit, when i contact them they say that i reached my 14 days limit of 15 transactions, although i am using it for 2 months already and i can’t even cash out from atm and they aren’t helping so basically they blocked my money…
and i also paid for plus subscription and they don’t want to renew it for 1 month claiming that “ they are working on it”… what a horrible experience.

Beyond a few fast food offers, Lucky is totally useless. The cash backs are fantoms. They show very late and last super short. In addition to being totally inconsistent. Useless. I was waiting for a cash back from a big purchase. It never showed. Then expired without showing. Contacting customer service was another useless act. They only reply via email or through bots. Never addressed or acknowledged the problem. I’m short, some tiny discounts on fast food is all the app is good for.
I’m cutting my losses and deleting the app. I would advice you to do the same with this terrible service waste of space and energy.

I subscribed to one of their plans by a mistake and I thought the money will be added to my wallet. I emailed them and I was promised to get a refund within 14 working days, after the 14 working days if I didn’t use the feature or didn’t pass 14 days for the purchase and it wasn’t. I contacted them again and they kept saying they’re investigating my case like seriously? Investigation a case for someone who did a purchase by a mistake for 100EGP?
They contacted me and it seemed like whoever the agent who contacted did not have any idea about my situation and the agent promised to call back in a bit but she did not.
