Password Incorrect Bug

It happens occasionally now that one time I’m trying to log into my account and it keeps saying incorrect password, I then follow the reset-password instructions and change the password despite not needing to change it at all in the first place, only for the issue to persist.

Only way to get around it is to call customer service and have them send a temporary password, but then the next day the issue repeats!

Very user-friendly!

The app is very user-friendly and clear to me, making it easy for me to navigate through the app to use various services like viewing my e-card, submit a claim or view the status of a claim.
I’m glad with the updates done that solved almost all the challenges I previously had with the app!

Very poor application and service

Very poor application with many functions not working and always struggling during log in.
Additionally, Metlife has been providing one of the worst in class medical services in Egypt and their customer service team is one of the worst ever in terms of knowledge and experience with patients.
Overall experience with Metlife is very bad. I always waste my time with them.
