Very poor application and service

Very poor application with many functions not working and always struggling during log in.
Additionally, Metlife has been providing one of the worst in class medical services in Egypt and their customer service team is one of the worst ever in terms of knowledge and experience with patients.
Overall experience with Metlife is very bad. I always waste my time with them.

Very user-friendly!

The app is very user-friendly and clear to me, making it easy for me to navigate through the app to use various services like viewing my e-card, submit a claim or view the status of a claim.
I’m glad with the updates done that solved almost all the challenges I previously had with the app!

Trying to deviate you from basic rights

—The application always erase your password from there system and you have to struggle till login to avoid you from claiming or accessing your benefits
—How come I should reinstall the program to have a very simple access to my data?!
—Your claim always kept pending till you call the hotline to know the updates!!
