They are just broker who deal with banks to get you loan but for a higher rate.
You could go for the bank and apply for loan better with lower intrest.
Plus, they will let you block your properties until you finish the installments although you can still use them

They seem to be a scam, just collecting data. There is no customer support or any reasons provided for rejecting requestes.
